Until that time I would like to put forward a suggestion to reduce lag

I say make a rule stating: "No building at the spawn"

Consequences for not following:
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Kick from server
Anything after that: Ban?

That is my suggestion

Would be nice to know how I, as the administrator, can remove objects such as that without restarting the map. -_-

Easy, just be logged into admin and you can remove other people's props like they were your own. There isn't anything along the lines of a "/mkilleverything" though =/

Would you ask him if he could update the makermod linux file for our use on the professional server. We need more stability and administrative actions.

Also, what commands can be used to safely increase the amount of objects allowed. We seem to hit a brick wall at times. -_-

I need a maximum number allowed.
