I called Comcast last night about setting up some email accounts with them, as provided by the service we have with them, and about 2 minutes into the call, the modem lost all signal. A technician is coming out to check the situation. I think some moron in their tech support team just clicked the wrong button, or they are trying to scam me by checking out the type of cable service we have and shoving a sales pitch down our throat about getting digital or HD. Never had an issue with them until now.

So until you see me on xfire, my connection is down.
